JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Discuss with client regarding project scope and manage projects to target deadlines & budgets
To prepare Design Concepts, Sketches, Space Planning, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Specifications and Detailing, Quality Assurance Liaising
Assuming the role of project manager when requested by the supervisor
Able to develop design concept and space planning with detailed work specifications
Liaising and meeting with client, consultant, contractor & supplier on various stage of interior works including site supervising
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a professional, dynamic and positive attitude.
Brief and explain to contractor on proposed design intents and finishes.
Excel in a team environment and able to work to deadlines
Pre-Requisites:
Tertiary education with interior design / architectural preferred (those without the minimum education qualification but possess sufficient experience in related industry will also be considered)
Proficient in Autocad, 3D Studio Max/VIz and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Strong project management and presentation skill
Strong design capabilities and have a flair for creativity
Effective presentation skills
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in commercial project e.g. childcare, learning centre
Able to handle project independently from design conceptualization/development till completion
Remuneration:
A competitive remuneration will compensate according to experience and capability. This is a result driven role, where a basic salary & will be provided plus commission.
